What is an Oxford weekend like?
Our last weekend in 2018 had more than 100 speakers and 1,400 guests. The weekend saw a vast range of sessions including: a discussion of China's impact on the wider world, multiple fun science sessions for children and teens, an exclusive gin tasting inside the Botanic Gardens, an exploration of the impact of chocolate on global economics and tours of the Bodleian's conservation collections.
We're going green!
Download the Meeting Minds app for details on sessions, times, locations and speakers. You’ll receive details on how to download the app once you’ve booked.

Please bring your own tote bag to carry around your weekend essentials and don't forget a reusable water bottle to fill up at our hydration stations.
Look out for dedicated lanyard boxes to deposit your used lanyard. If you have any at the bottom of your drawers at home, bring them along too – you’ll only ever need the one!
