Please see their website for more details.

How do I get a copy of my transcript?

For all students who commenced their studies on, or after, Michaelmas term 2007, a copy of your transcript is automatically given to you on completion of your degree. Extra copies are available. See http://www.ox.ac.uk/students/graduation/transcripts for more information.

Information on final honours schools results is published each year in the University Gazette, and includes a percentage breakdown of degree classifications by subject and overall (www.ox.ac.uk/gazette/statisticalinformation/).
