Oxford Alumni Weekend: Session information (Departments and Colleges)
Please read the notes below and then complete the below form for each event you are holding at the Alumni Weekend.
This form is not for college-specific events ie Gaudies
Booking policy and ticket prices:
As a Department, if you are organising a session open to all alumni, it will appear in the Alumni Weekend brochure and we will need to charge £10 per place.
If you are organising a catered event booked through the Alumni Office for which you need to charge attendees, please bear in mind that we will transfer the ticket income after the weekend minus VAT and minus a handling fee of £1 per transaction.
The Alumni Office will do its best to provide one member of staff per event for registration, but please note that Departments must manage their own events. No staff will be provided for Sunday events.
For insurance purposes please note that we will be following up with event managers in late May for risk assessment and insurance details for venues.
