Our community is diverse, geographically dispersed, and all have their membership to Oxford in common
The Oxford Bach Soloists (OBS) exists to perform the complete vocal works of J. S. Bach in Oxford. Drawing from an abundance of Oxford talent, OBS provides the next generation of young soloists, many of whom are choral scholars from the University’s college chapels, with the opportunity to collaborate with a professional baroque orchestra.
OBS also exists to provide a laboratory for current research on Bach, working together with Professors from the University of Oxford’s Faculties of Music, Theology, and Modern Languages.
Offer for alumni: Oxford Alumni Card holders benefit from a 20% discount on Oxford Bach Soloist's concert tickets. The discount applies to two tickets and can be used in conjunction with the under-18s for free offer currently in operation. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or applied to concessions.
How to claim: A valid Oxford Alumni Card must be produced when purchasing tickets at the box office or if purchased online, must be shown to staff when collecting tickets before the concert.
