Encouraging the UAE's brightest and best to apply to Oxford

Students from across the United Arab Emirates are being inspired to apply to study at Oxford, thanks to a successful initiative by the Oxford and Cambridge Society of the UAE.

Almost 200 students, parents and school counsellors from across the country converged on Dubai’s Nord Anglia International School for the group’s recent 2018 Oxbridge Applicant event.

Oxford Alumni Club of Japan internship success

The Oxford Alumni Club of Japan (OACJ) is leading a new initiative in collaboration with the University to create internships in Japan exclusively for Oxford students.

In April 2018, OACJ negotiated agreements with five Japanese companies - including media solutions giant Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd. and A.I startups TEIT Inc. and ABEJA Inc - to offer fully-funded, paid internships in Tokyo.
