Alumni and supporters are warmly invited to an evening in Newcastle to learn more about Oxford's pioneering medical research and to enjoy an opportunity to connect and network with alumni and friends from across the Oxford community.
Oxford Cancer is a network of researchers and clinicians harnessing Oxford’s world-leading cancer research across disciplines, with the core aim of facilitating collaboration on a local, national and international scale to ensure the rapid translation of scientific discovery into treatments for patients.
Half of the UK population is at risk of developing some form of cancer. Join us to find out how research taking place in Oxford and Newcastle is providing new hope for patients and their families across four key areas: new treatments, early detection, precision prevention and digital discovery.
Following the discussion led by a panel of experts, drinks and canapés will be served. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The dress code is smart casual. RSVP by Wednesday 6 May.
