Our free Will writing service enables you to write a new Will or update an existing one to cover assets held in England and Wales with the support of an experienced Estate Planning Specialist from the Taylor Lucas Partnership.
Appointments can take place by video or telephone, with in-person meetings available in some locations. Your partners and family members are welcome to take part in the process too.
The service is designed to make estate planning straightforward, supportive and accessible. Alongside guidance on writing or updating your Will, Taylor Lucas can also provide advice on wider estate planning considerations. The will writing service itself is free. You will also receive preferential rates on optional related services, such as Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Leaving a gift in your Will
Many alumni choose to leave a gift in their Will to the University or their college as part of their planning.
Leaving a legacy gift supports future generations and helps Oxford continue to address some of the world’s most urgent challenges.
