ASHMOLEAN MUSEUM

The Ashmolean is Britain’s first public museum and the oldest university museum in the world. Since opening its doors in 1683, it has been a place of discovery and learning. An Ashmolean membership gives you the opportunity to delve deeper into a collection from across the globe that spans over half a million years, whilst helping them to continue sharing their treasures and expertise with generations to come, and keep the museum free to enter.

The Ashmolean stages a programme of free and paid exhibitions throughout the year, and an Ashmolean membership allows you unlimited free access without the need to book or queue.

The Ashmolean Museum’s unusual spaces, iconic galleries and world-class collection also provide a memorable and impressive backdrop for weddings and alumni are offered exclusive extras to their wedding experience.
