DISTINGUISHED FRIEND OF OXFORD NOMINATION FORM
The Distinguished Friend of Oxford Award is presented to individuals who have acted as exceptional volunteers for the benefit of the wider University. The Award recognises those who have given their time, expertise and influence to projects and initiatives of significant and enduring value to the University as a whole (not simply one entity). Through the Award, we honour their pivotal contribution, which has both nurtured and advanced the University, safeguarding a flourishing Oxford for generations to come.
To put forth a nomination, please complete the form in full, giving as much detail as possible (* fields are required). Your supporting statement should show evidence of the nominee’s contributions across the wider University. We will only use your contact details to inform you of the status of your nomination. We will only use your nominee’s details to contact them if they are selected for an Award. Please do not alert your nominee to their nomination. We will inform all successful nominees when the Awards have been confirmed and you will be free to contact them then.
