New Alumni FAQs

A few weeks after the Leavers' Fair you'll recieve an email to ask you to activate your My Oxford Online account.

This account will allow you to manage your communication preferences, claim discount offers and access alumni benefits such as JSTOR. (You can check your eligibility here.)

If you weren't able to make it to the Leavers' Fair to collect your 'My Oxford' alumni card, you'll also be able to order one via your online account.

Not everyone leaves Oxford at the same time, so we send these throughout the year for non-summer leavers, but you might need to wait a couple of months for the next cycle. If you're worried you've missed it, please check your spam/junk folder. The email will be from the account: hello@alumni.ox.ac.uk

This email will be sent to the non-Oxford email that you had listed in your student record, so we recommend that you update this before you leave via Student Self Service.
